Caprice Reader
With nearly 15 years of comprehensive human resources experience, Caprice is a trusted advisor to her clients and colleagues. Her natural leadership and detailed-orientated ethic is evident as a respected strategic business partner; providing her clients with proven best practices while offering creative and innovative solutions that align with the entities business and operational needs.
Caprice is experienced in internal policy and procedure compliance review, HR audits, employee handbooks, workplace investigations, mediations, employee relations, compensation analysis, and training and development.
Caprice is a well-regarded compliance specialist and continually monitors multistate legislative amendments and policy proposals, ensuring her clients are at the forefront of relevant changes.
Caprice is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), as well as a certified Senior Professional from the Human Resources Certification Institute (SPHR). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, as well as an MBA from SUNY Oswego.
In addition, Caprice is a certified Workplace Investigator, as well as a certified Mediator, receiving a Certificate in Mediation from Cornell University. She currently serves as President for the Central NY Chapter of SHRM, as well as a member of the Food Bank of CNY’s HR Committee.
In her spare time, Caprice enjoys spending time with her husband and three rescue dogs traveling and exploring new foods.
